Ralen Cox has worked in the golf industry for about 20 years. He has been with Riverwalk Golf Club for 6+ years. Ralen was born and raised in Palm Springs, California where he spent his early years playing his local executive course, practicing martial arts and playing basketball. His first golf job inspired him to learn the ins-and-outs of the golf industry. Ralen graduated from the Professional Golfers Career College (PGCC) in Temecula, California with an Associates Degree in Golf Course Management. The PGCC served as a stepping stone to being Assistant Golf Professional at PGA West. When Ralen is not playing golf with friends and family, he finds joy in his other hobbies like hiking, camping, practicing martial arts, shooting hoops on the basketball court or watching movies. Ralen strives to have all his students experience “shot euphoria”, the feeling of hitting it pure on the sweet-spot of the golf club. Ralen is able to narrow his student’s focus and give them relatable ways to think about their golf swings.
